ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Giovanni Martini — a Brazilian-American chef in training, currently studying Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America. Born in San Francisco and raised in Goiânia, Brazil. My passion for cooking began with the comforting dishes of my grandmother, who came from an Italian background.
What started as a way to remember her has grown into a lifelong purpose: creating meaningful experiences through food. Influenced by both Italian and Brazilian traditions, I believe cooking is about connection — serving others, plate by plate, story by story.

Private Chef Experience
(Up to 6 Guests)
I am pleased to offer an exclusive three-course dining experience, comprising an appetizer, main course, and dessert, all elegantly plated.

- Desserts: Choose from 2 options
Pricing Structure: For detailed pricing information tailored to your event, please contact me directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon finalizing the menu, I will provide an estimated cost for ingredients. On the day of the event, I will arrive approximately two hours prior to the agreed-upon service time to commence preparations.
I will supply all necessary cooking equipment. Given that this is a plated three-course meal, adequate tableware is essential. If you have sufficient plates and utensils for all courses and guests, I will utilize them and ensure they are placed in the dishwasher after the meal. Should you be unable to provide the requisite tableware, I can arrange for rentals at an additional cost.
The kitchen will be thoroughly cleaned post-service, and I will depart shortly after serving dessert.
Ambiance and Equipment Requirements:
- A fully functional stove with a minimum of four burners
- A properly operating oven
- Sufficient space in the refrigerator.

I am pleased to offer a distinguished banquet-style dining experience, ideal for gatherings exceeding six guests. This service features dishes presented on large platters for your convenience.
